Secretary’s Report:
Motion to accept the October Secretary’s Report . Made by Cail Bellavance second by Rosalie McQuaid .

Administrator’s Report, Correspondence, Status of Renovations/Maintenance Report and Events Calendar:
Thank you to Cail and Kathy for decorating the trees. The Building looks great.
Received check from Lydia Reed Estate in the amount of $48,750.00
The cleaning crew is coming on a weekly basis to clean building.
Snow removal schedule has been updated with the City of Nashua for snow removal on Lowell Street.
The City of Nashua should clean Lowell and Clinton Street.

Festival of Trees catering menu from Kate Prolman, $9.00 per person to come out of Festival of Trees
budget. Board approval. Motion to approve Rosalie McQuaid and second by Cail Bellavance. All in favor.
Motion approved.
Legislation was presented to finance regarding the lease making a motion to give the board authority to
approve. Approved by Legal. Need to go to the Board of Alderman.
Meri Goyette will be Mrs. Claus this year for the winter stroll.
Motion to accept and place on file Administrator's Report, Correspondence, Status of
Renovations/Maintenance Report and Events Calendar for October: Made by Rosalie McQuaid second by
Cail Bellevance. All in favor. Motion carries.
Old Business:
Festival of Trees- over 30 trees donated so far. More to follow.
New Business:
Motion to spend $200.00 out of festival of trees budget for cookies. Made by Rosalie McQuaid second
by Cail Bellavance. All in favor. Motion carries.
