The Hunt Building Minutes November 18, 2014 Regular Meeting started at 4:55 pm.- Meeting held at The Hunt Memorial Building In attendance: Jennifer Hinderer, Kathy Smith, Cail Bellavance, Tammy Crisp, Rosalie McQuaid, Marilyn Solomon, Alderman Mary Ann Melizzi-Golja Absent: Joy Barrett, Charlie Matthews Secretary’s Report: Motion to accept the October Secretary’s Report . Made by Cail Bellavance second by Rosalie McQuaid . All in favor. Motion carries. Treasurers Report: October 2014 Statement: 6006 Hunt Bldg. Made by Tammy Crisp second by Cail Bellavance . All in favor. Motion carries. Administrator’s Report, Correspondence, Status of Renovations/Maintenance Report and Events Calendar:  Thank you to Cail and Kathy for decorating the trees. The Building looks great.  Received check from Lydia Reed Estate in the amount of $48,750.00  The cleaning crew is coming on a weekly basis to clean building.  Snow removal schedule has been updated with the City of Nashua for snow removal on Lowell Street. The City of Nashua should clean Lowell and Clinton Street. Page 1 of 2  Festival of Trees catering menu from Kate Prolman, $9.00 per person to come out of Festival of Trees budget. Board approval. Motion to approve Rosalie McQuaid and second by Cail Bellavance. All in favor. Motion approved.  Legislation was presented to finance regarding the lease making a motion to give the board authority to approve. Approved by Legal. Need to go to the Board of Alderman.  Meri Goyette will be Mrs. Claus this year for the winter stroll.  Motion to accept and place on file Administrator's Report, Correspondence, Status of Renovations/Maintenance Report and Events Calendar for October: Made by Rosalie McQuaid second by Cail Bellevance. All in favor. Motion carries. Old Business:  Festival of Trees- over 30 trees donated so far. More to follow. New Business:  Motion to spend $200.00 out of festival of trees budget for cookies.
