Hunt Memorial Building Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes January 20, 2015 _____________________________________________________________________________________ In attendance: Jennifer McCormack, Charlie Matthews, Cail Bellavance, Ald. Mary Ann Melizzi-Golja, Stacy Baxter, Rosalie McQuaid, Kathleen Smith Absent: Tammy Crisp, Marilyn Solomon  The Board welcomed new member Stacy Baxter to the Hunt Memorial Building Board of Trustees.  Upon a motion by Charlie Matthews, seconded by Cail Bellavance; the Board unanimously voted to accept the Secretary’s report.  Upon a motion by Cail Bellavance, seconded by Charlie Matthews; the board voted unanimously to accept the Treasurer’s report.  Upon a motion by Charlie Matthews, seconded by Stacy Baxter the board unanimously voted to accept the Administrator’s report.  The board then reviewed information about current office lease rates that was gathered from the city’s Economic Development Department and a commercial real estate firm. After a lengthy discussion upon a motion from Cail Bellavance, seconded by Charlie Matthews; the board voted in favor of requesting an amendment to the current office space Lease to reflect a $12 per square foot price. Legislation will be submitted to the Board of Aldermen for approval.  The board then reviewed the changes that Cail made to the updated marketing brochure and instructed Kathy Smith to have 100 copies made at the city’s Print Shop. Upon a motion by Charlie Matthews the meeting was adjourned at 6:20 PM
