Motion to accept February Treasurers Report. Made by Cail Bellavance second by Stacy Baxter . All in favor.
Motion carries.
Administrator’s Report, Correspondence, Status of Renovations/Maintenance Report and Events Calendar:
Because of the cold weather the fan coil unit heater in the foyer had caused a leak in the fire alarm
panel and had a short out.
Snow removal on city sidewalks not done in front of the Hunt Building which prevents mail delivery.
Thoughts needed to put mail box in the back of the building for mail delivery.
Gas leaks were repaired in the boiler room. 4 gas leaks. Repaired the coil.

Spoke to Tom G. regarding rental charges. He says that we should be at $12.00 per sq. ft.
Increasing the janitorial budget. Put money aside for security in budget to $54 a month. There is a line
item in the budget but no money in it.
Motion to accept and place on file Administrator's Report, Correspondence, Status of
Renovations/Maintenance Report and Events Calendar for February: Made by Rosalie McQuaid second by
Charlie Matthews . All in favor. Motion carries.
Old Business:
Legislation has passed on the Leases. Passed on 11/25/2014.
Brochure redesign done by Cail Bellavance looks great. Thank you to her for all of her time and hard
work. We will get 100 made by the City of Nashua.
New Business:
Kathy Smith will be resigning effective March 3, 2015.
Elections tabled till next month.
Budget proposal...rental rates need to be changed to $12.00 per square foot. Motion made to
recommend the lease template to reflect $12.00 per sq ft. beginning with new budget cycle. Motion made by
Stacy Baxter and second by Charlie Matthews. All in favor. Motion carries.
Board members will meet with Kathy Smith to go over how the daily operations are run.
