The Hunt Memorial Building 6 Main St., Nashua New Hampshire 03064 __________________________________________________________ Hunt Board of Trustees special meeting: Feb 1 , 2016 Called to order: 5:00 p.m. Call Bellavance presided: Secretary Stacy Baxter recorded. In attendance: Cail Bellavance, Stacy Baxter , Mary Ann Melizzi-Golja, Brenda Baron, Jen McCormack Tammy Crisp, David Schoneman, Harold Solomon, Charlie Matthews, Also present: Amy DeRoche, administrator Absent: Rosalie McQaud Discussed new security door system . The system would benefit the Hunt Memorial Building by facilitating access for tenants/renters/guests for a defined period of time. It also allows the building administrator to monitor usage for increased security of the premises. Jen McCormack makes motion to spend $2630 for new door security system, Brenda Baron seconds the motion. Motion approved. Public Comment: None Move to Adjourn: Made by Brenda Baron at 5:10 pm.
