The Hunt Memorial Building 6 Main St., Nashua New Hampshire 03064 __________________________________________________________ Hunt Board of Trustees regular meeting: Feb 10 , 2016 Called to order: 5:04 p.m. Call Bellavance presided: Secretary Stacy Baxter recorded. In attendance: Cail Bellavance, Stacy Baxter , Rosalie McQuaid, Jen McCormack, Brenda Baron, David Schoneman, Harold Solomon, Charlie Matthews, Mary Ann Melizzi-Golja Also present: Amy DeRoche, administrator Absent: Tammy Crisp. Secretary’s Report: Motion to accept January minutes made by Harold Solomon, seconded by Charlie Matthews. Approved Motion to accept February Special meeting minutes made by Rosalie McQuad, seconded by Jen McCormack . Approved Treasurer’s Report: Motion to accept February report made by Jen McCormack, seconded by Stacy Baxter . Approved. Administrator’s Report: Motion to accept February report made by Jen McCormack , seconded by Rosalie McQuad. Approved. Old Business: * Discussed possibilities for entry way tiles. Call, Brenda and Stacy will serve on a design committee for future tile options. New Business: * Discussed upcoming budget requirements. Clarified voting procedures of email discussions. Discussed to change/clarify the by-laws : Special meetings will be called with minimum 24 hours and publicly posted. A quorum shall be 5 board members. The Board of Trustrees shall hold elections in the regular February meeting. Change the by-laws to reflect the description on the city website in regards to the Mayors position on the Board. Motion to extend the current officers term to March 2016 and table elections until said meeting made by Jen McCormack, seconded by Rosalie McQuaid.
