Alderman McCarthy
The Construction Projects Committee met earlier this evening, and took no actions other than to approve invoices.
As an update on the projects, Fairgrounds and Ledge Street are virtually 100% done. We’re waiting for the sign off
from the architect on final completion. There is a small amount of work to do on the cafeteria floor of Ledge Street,
which will be completed in 2 weeks, after school closes.

COMMENTS BY COMMITTEE MEMBERS
Mr. Hallowell
I beg once again, for the Alderman to do whatever needs to be done to restructure this Committee. I’ve been
talking about this for over a year. If there’s a way to reduce the size of this committee and make it more
manageable. It’s an annoying meeting for most people because it’s this 5 minute meeting. If it’s easier to wrangle
people to make sure we’re going to have people at a meeting, I think that would be good. Thank you.
Mr. Mosher moved to adjourn. So voted at 7:24 p.m.
