A quorum of the City of Pearland Councilmembers may attend. This is not a regularly scheduled meeting of the City Council, but this notice is posted in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. As a governmental body, NO FORMAL DELIBERATION OR FINAL ACTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL WILL BE TAKEN AT THIS EVENT.
