A motion was made that this matter be Adopted. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. 2015-1211 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend the Diocese of Pittsburgh for continuing to have a reputation for academic excellence and instilling spiritual values in their students; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare the week of Sunday, January 25 through Saturday, January 31, 2015 to be “Catholic Schools Week” in the City of Pittsburgh.
