Burgess, Mr. Gilman, Ms. Gross, Mrs. Harris, Mr. O'Connor, Ms. Rudiak, Mrs. Kail-Smith, and Mr. Kraus Absent 1- Mr. Lavelle PROCLAMATIONS 2015-1210 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize the Schenley Park Skating Rink as a treasured Pittsburgh landmark which has created special memories for all who have visited the facility since 1975 and congratulates Citiparks and the staff at the Schenley Park Skating Rink for 40 successful years; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Sunday, January 25 , 2015, to be “ SCHENLEY PARK SKATING RINK 40th ANNIVERSARY DAY ” in the City of Pittsburgh. A motion was made that this matter be Adopted. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. 2015-1211 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend the Diocese of Pittsburgh for continuing to have a reputation for academic excellence and instilling spiritual values in their students; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare the week of Sunday, January 25 through Saturday, January 31, 2015 to be “Catholic Schools Week” in the City of Pittsburgh. HARRIS PRESENTS: 2015-1203 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Innovation and Performance and/or the Director of Public Works to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Accela to renew the City’s existing Right of Way Management license subscription and maintenance support services (formerly purchased through Envista). DANIEL LAVELLE PRESENTS: 2015-1200 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a professional services agreement or agreements with the Center for Emergency Medicine of Western Pennsylvania for the provision of medical direction services at a cost of Ten Dollars and No Cents ($10) per year to the City. Said agreement shall commence on January 1, 2015 and shall automatically renew for additional one (1) year terms on January 1, 2016 and January 1, 2017.
