Approval of the minutes from the Affirmative Action Advisory Committee meeting on 11/16/2021 Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Elections for Chair and Vice Chair 3. Information Regarding Texas Open Meetings Act 4. Presentation by Human Resources Director Public Comments At any time during the meeting, the Affirmative Action Advisory Committee Meeting may meet in executive session by videoconference for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
