Monday, February 14, 2022 3:00 PM Commerce The Disability Access Advisory Committee will hold its regular meeting in the Carver Library 3350 E. Commerce beginning at 3:00 PM. Once convened, the Disability Access Advisory Committee will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Once a quorum is established, the Disability Access Advisory Committee shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the Disability Access Advisory Committee meeting on December 13, 2021 Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Presentation: Disability Inclusion Project by the Office of Emergency Managment 3. Approval of the 2021 Annual Report 4. Approval of the 2022 Goals 5. Discussion: Plan development to achieve 2022 goals 6. Financial Disclosure Reports (FDR) 7. Member/ DAO Updates 8. Next Meeting: The next meeting will be held on Monday, March 14, 2022 At any time during the meeting, the Disability Access Advisory Committee may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
