Once convened, the Fire Fighters’ and Police Officers’ Civil Service Commission will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Protest and appeals of questions from the written examination for the position of Police Lieutenant administered on August 18, 2022. 3. Discussion and possible action regarding the fitness for duty of one (1) San Antonio Police Officer, pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 (personnel matters) and 551.071 (Consultation with attorney). This item will be heard in Executive Session before the Commission reconvenes in Open Session to take action. 4. A letter of appeal was received on August 22, 2022.
