(Davis) Recommendation: 1. Retroactively approve the Rainbow and Transgender Pride Flag Raising scheduled on June 5, 2018 as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds. 2. Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses or community groups to support the event. 3. Place the item on the June 5, 2018 Council Agenda for action. Attachments Memorandum b. Spring Fling at Bellevue Park on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at Bellevue Park; b. Dump Your Junk on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Hubbard Elementary School; and c. Clean Up with Tam on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Markham Plaza. 2. Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses or community groups to support the event. 3.
