18508 MINUTES ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION City Council Chambers, 123 South Lincoln Street, Municipal Building, Aberdeen, South Dakota, November 20, 2023 at 4:30 p.m., regular meeting of the City Council. CALL TO ORDER MEETING ROLL CALL Present at roll call were City Council Members Charlotte Liebelt, Josh Rife via teleconference, Alan Johnson, Justin Reinbold, Tiffany Langer, and Mayor Travis Schaunaman. City Council Members Rob Ronayne, Erin Fouberg, and David Novstrup were absent. City Staff present were Robin Bobzien, Ron Wager, Stuart Nelson, Ken Hubbart, Dave McNeil, Jordan McQuillen, Steven Thithavong, Destin Spellman, and Jeremy Thorstenson. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Mayor Schaunaman led the Pledge of Allegiance. DISCUSSION City Engineer/Public Works Director, Stuart Nelson, presented potential sites for a future public works facility. Discussion was held. City Council Member Erin Fouberg joined the work session at 4:45 p.m. City Council Member David Novstrup joined the work session at 4:47 p.m. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business, motion by Johnson, second by Novstrup to adjourn the meeting.
