Muyni collects agendas, minutes, and meeting documents from each city’s official published sources, automatically and at scale. We work hard to keep the archive complete and current, but the service is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Records may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong; meetings get rescheduled and cancelled; scrapers miss things. Muyni is not the official record. The official record lives with each city clerk. Before attending a meeting, filing anything, or making any decision that depends on this information, verify it with the municipality directly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muyni and its operator are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content — including missed meetings, missed deadlines, missed business opportunities, or decisions made based on archived records or alert emails. Our alerts are a convenience, not a guarantee of notice.

Don’t disrupt or degrade the service (for example, by flooding it with automated requests), don’t misrepresent an affiliation with Muyni or with any government, and don’t use the site for anything unlawful. If you want programmatic or bulk access to the data, email us — we’re approachable.

The underlying government documents are public records created by local governments; Muyni claims no ownership of them. Every record links back to the city’s own published source. The site’s software, organization, search index, and presentation are ours. Muyni is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government agency.

Archived records link to documents and portals hosted by cities and their vendors. Those sites have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Email alerts are free and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any alert email. We may modify or discontinue features, including alerts, at any time.
