Reports from Town Officers 8. Report from County Supervisor 9. Discuss communication protocol; emails, texts, phone calls as it relates to open meeting law constraints 10. Present, discuss and possible action on Resolution 2023-02; Resolution to Revise Public Notice Posting Locations 11. Present, discuss and approve townofeastonwi.com/.gov website policy and placement on the Town of Easton municipal website 12. Present, discuss and possible action of Wisconsin Assessment Service, LLC 2024 Contract Agreement for Consulting, Assessing and Appraisal Services 13. Discussion and possible action for designating the remaining balance of ARPA funds ($41,810.11) and related interest towards Town of Easton’s municipal portion of the Adams County Fire District fire truck 14. Approve first installment of Adams County Fire District fire truck payment to be disbursed in December, 2023 totaling $ $32,290.00 of which $10,981.88 from the ARPA fund and $21,308.12 from the general checking account 15.
