Residential Curbside Garbage & Recycle Committee Meeting Notice State of Wisconsin Town of Easton Adams County Notice is hereby given that the volunteer Residential Curbside Garbage & Recycle Committee for the Town of Easton shall hold a meeting on November 12th, 2024 at 6:00 pm at the Easton Town Hall, 1163 County Road A. Agenda ● Call to order ● Approve September 25, 2024 and October 16, 2024 committee meeting minutes. ● Discuss updates to the Town board. ● Discuss notifications to committee members and assign task related to notifications: when draft minutes are posted, when agenda is posted, other communications. ● Discuss if there would be value in having the master list and final list of what properties have curbside. Continue discussion of strengths and weaknesses and potential recommendations. Agree and assign tasks to committee members as needed: Additional strengths and weaknesses from committee members. Discuss criteria that is used for what properties are included for curbside and continue to draft recommendations for the town board. ● Set next meeting date. ● Adjourn Michelle Lambert, Committee Secretary
