permanent concrete installation over excavations of the Divisions of Water
Distribution and Sewer Maintenance; approving specifications therefor; and

ORDINANCE NO. 365-2024 authorizing the Director of Public Service or his

contract or contracts with GPD Group for design services to improve the Water
Reclamation Facility (WRF) secondary treatment and electrical processes; and

ORDINANCE NO. 367-2024 authorizing the Director of Public Service, or his

Transportation to replace a six-inch water main crossing and upsize to an eight-
inch water main as part of the Kenmore Leg Improvement Project; and declaring

ORDINANCE NO. 368-2024 authorizing a Conditional Use to construct and
operate a refuse and recycling transfer station and trash hauling business at 1400

RESOLUTION NO. 369-2024 declaring that the six towing companies that
submitted their interest and qualifications for service in a designated towing
district, as set forth in Section 70.52 of the Akron Codified Ordinances, have met
the requirements for assignment thereto and will therefore be assigned a towing
district as part of City Council’s 2024 review of the designated towing districts;
and declaring an emergency. Vote: 13-0.
ORDINANCE NO. 370-2024 ratifying the actions of the Mayor, or his designee,
in contracting with VanDevere Chevrolet for the purchase of a new vehicle to be
used as the Akron Fire Department Dive Rescue Vehicle; authorizing payment
therefor; and declaring an emergency. Vote: 13-0.

Supply Revolving Loan Account (WSRLA) with the Ohio

Bureau projects for a total of $79.7 million; and declaring an
