ORDINANCE NO. 128-2025 authorizing the Mayor, or his designee, to accept
and expend a grant from the Violence Against Women Act Program
administered by the Office of Criminal Justice Services for 2025; authorizing the
Director of Law, or her designee, to enter into an agreement or agreements with
Oriana House, Inc. to implement the grant by continuing to fund investigators for

2 ORDINANCE authorizing the removal of designation as a
through street for portions of East Archwood Avenue from 178
feet east of its western terminus with South Main Street to its
intersection with Burkhardt Avenue, its intersection with
Coventry Street to its intersection with Ada Street, its
intersection with Inman Street to 138 feet west of its intersection
with South Arlington Street, and from 156 feet east of its
intersection with South Arlington Street to its intersection with
Kelly Avenue; and declaring an emergency.
3 ORDINANCE authorizing the Director of Public Service, or his

Street between the termini of Martin Luther King Boulevard and
the northern corporate limit by resurfacing; constructing and
