NEW LEGISLATION PLANNING & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT 1 ORDINANCE authorizing the disposition of a portion of City- owned property (Summit County Parcel No. 6858877) to Let’s Grow Akron to allow the continued maintenance of a 7  community garden and reduce the cost to the City and taxpayers in maintaining vacant lots; determining said property is not needed for public use; and declaring an emergency.
