The 30 Capital Projects Fund was also reviewed. 31 32 It was proposed to move part of the tower lease revenue from the General Fund 33 to the Water Fund. 34 1  1 Council asked staff to get information on contracting financial services and 2 painting services. 3 4 Staff will contact the Ephrata Area School District in regard to the School Resource 5 Officer Program that will be coming up for renewal. 6 7 Council discussed having street sweeping only one time a year in the spring, not in 8 the fall. 9 10 Staff also mentioned they did not receive the 2023 budget information from 11 Ephrata Borough for treatment charges and amortization. 12 13 Staff will update any changes that were discussed and forward revised proposed 14 budget to Council for review. 15 16 Old Business 17 Nothing to report. 18 19 Paul Swangren, Jr. made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
