Sue Davidson responded that Greg Leisey is still 4 currently the Emergency Management Coordinator at this time. Staff along with Randy Gockley 5 are in the process of updating that position. 6 6) Approval of 2024 Holidays for Non-Uniform Employees 7 Bonnie Young made a motion; second Tonya Haynes 8 Paul Swangren, Jr. asked about 6 holidays and the 2025 New Year Holiday and two 9 floating holidays; no reorganizational meeting next year so the New Year Holiday (2025) is 10 included in this year’s approval. Tonya Haynes asked about Friday after Thanksgiving as 11 vacation? Suggested day after as additional vacation day; Nathan Imhoff said then only one 12 floating holiday would be offered but this could be discussed in personnel committee meetings. 13 Motion carried 14 7) Committee Assignments 15 As of now Nathan Imhoff is leaving current assignments as is unless a Council Member 16 talks with Nathan to ask for a different committee assignment 17 OTHER BUSINESS- 18 A) PSAB Boot Camp for Council Members 19 Dates in January/February and March-see flyer-Council Members can contact Borough 20 staff for sign up 21 Justin Gehman recommended the virtual education for Council Members 22 23 9) NEW BUSINESS- 24 A) Check Signatures 25 Nathan Imhoff, Justin Gehman, Kleon Zimmerman and Ryan Cochran are the current 26 check signers and Council agreed to leave the current signers with no changes. 27 10) OLD BUSINESS 28 29 11) ADJOURNMENT 30 Paul Swangren, Jr made a motion; second Kleon Zimmerman at 6:35 31 Motion carried 32 33 Respectfully submitted, 34 35 Susan Davidson 36 Borough Manager/Secretary 37 38 SD 4
