Such impacts include any potential impacts arising from the routine and ongoing infrastructure maintenance covered by the Short Term Maintenance Agreement. On a separate and independent basis, this action is exempt from further environmental review pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 (Existing Facilities), 15302 (Replacement or Reconstruction), and 15304 (Minor Alterations to Land).
