City of Alameda Meeting Agenda City Council Saturday, December 6, 2025 2:00 PM City Hall West, 350 W. Mall Square, Alameda CA 94501 2025-5580 A special meeting is being called to allow the City Council to attend an Alameda Point Housing Update Presentation and Walking Tour. PLEASE NOTE: The meeting is being noticed because the City’s Sunshine Ordinance requires notice whenever a majority of the City Council may attend a meeting or function organized to discuss matters of public concern. The City Council will not be taking any action and the City Clerk will not be taking any minutes. Members of the public can attend and offer comment. Attachments: Map Presentation • Members of the public are invited to use their own vehicle or bicycle to travel between locations. • Parking for the starting location is available in the lot across the street from City Hall West (950 West Mall Square), between West Midway Avenue and Saratoga Street. • Limited seating is available in a City vehicle for individuals requiring an accommodation or those without transportation. Please contact Base Reuse and Economic Development Department (econdev@alamedaca.gov) to secure a seat at least 48 hours in advance (by 2:00 p.m. on December 4, 2025). • KNOW YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE SUNSHINE ORDINANCE: Government’s duty is to serve the public, reaching its decisions in full view of the public.
