Calpestri - The applicant requests a Certificate of Approval and
Design Review to alter a Contributing Structure in the Park Street
Historic Commercial District. The project consists of an installation of
windows, removal of the existing egress door on the north (left side)
elevation that is to be replaced with a new exit door, covered deck
and stairway on the back of the project property.
