A special meeting is being called to allow the Historical Advisory Board to attend an Open
House throughout Alameda Point. PLEASE NOTE: The meeting is being noticed because the
City's Sunshine Ordinance requires notice whenever a majority of the Historical Advisory
Board may attend a meeting or function organized to discuss matters of public concern.
Historical Advisory Board will not be taking any action and there will not be any minutes
taken. Members of the public can attend and offer comment.

2024-4091 City staff will be hosting an open house throughout Alameda Point to
showcase a variety of aspects with stations available to discuss issues
with City staff at the following locations.
Enterprise District
1680 Viking Street
The Enterprise District represents the City’s largest opportunity area for
future nonresidential development. Learn more about this area and
share your vision for its future growth.
Radium Theater
2151 Ferry Point
The City has partnered with Little Opera House / Radium to explore the
development of a new, world class performing arts center. Come take a
look at the preliminary design concepts and meet the Radium team.
Maritime Strategy
Pier 1 & Seaplane Lagoon Ferry Terminal
Alameda’s maritime and “blue tech” businesses will be on display. Learn
more about this niche sector that is thriving in Alameda Point and check
out their innovative work.
Housing Opportunities
650 West Ranger Avenue
Alameda Point will play an important role in delivering future homes for
residents, in support of the City’s Housing Element. Learn more about
upcoming housing construction, and nearby future housing development
opportunities. Share your feedback on the types of housing you’d like to
see.
Tour the Big Whites
2835 San Diego Road
Tour the inside of one of the historic officer’s family quarters known as
the “Big Whites.”
