6 CONSENT CALENDAR
6-A 2013-319 3514 Depassier Way - Planned Development Amendment/Design
Review. Applicant: Maggie Maiers. The applicant proposes to
construct a one-story rear addition measuring 11’-7” x 23’ to an existing
single family home. The property is zoned R-2-PD, Two-Family
Residence Planned Development Combining District, which allows room
additions of approximately 12’x14’. As part of this proposal, the
Planning Board can amend Planned Development PD-82-2 regulations
for Heritage of Alameda to allow similar additions on properties within
the Planned Development district. The project is categorically exempt
from the California Environmental Quality Act.

announcement or make a brief report on his or her activities. In addition,
the Board may provide a referral to staff or other resources for factual
information, request staff to report back to the body at a subsequent
meeting concerning a City matter or, through the chair, direct staff to
place a request to agendize a matter of business on a future agenda.

of appeal with the appeal fee within 10 days of the date of action.
