The Planning Board will hold a public workshop to provide direction for the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report for a proposal to rezone property on Packet Landing Road for a residential development (80 units proposed) and build a new health club on approximately 10 acres of vacant land on North Loop Road in the Harbor Bay Business Park. This project is subject to the California Environmental Quality Act. An Environmental Impact Report is underway. 7-C 2014-194 Design Review - PLN12-0230 - 1928 High Street - European Auto Repair. Revised signage and landscaping plans for adding a smog station to an existing automotive repair establishment. Exterior building modifications consist of removing one window facing Fernside Blvd. and replacing it with a roll-up garage door. The Planning Board conditionally approved a Use Permit for the smog station on January 15, 2013, requiring the applicant to present revised plans showing site improvements. This project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
