A report to the Planning Board from staff regarding the rehabilitation and relocation plan for the Southern Pacific Railroad waiting room structure on the site. This project has determined to be exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15332 - Infill Development Projects.
