Board Design Review study session to consider a four-story, 96-room
Holiday Inn Express hotel at the southwest corner of Park Street and
Clement Avenue. The project is located within the NP-G North Park
Street Gateway zoning district. No final action or decision will be taken.

Board may provide a referral to staff or other resources for factual
information, request staff to report back to the body at a subsequent meeting
concerning a City matter or, through the chair, direct staff to place a request
to agendize a matter of business on a future agenda.

* Appeals of Planning Board decisions are considered by the City Council. Appeals must be filed
in the Community Development Department in writing stating the basis of appeal with the appeal
fee within 10 days of the date of action.

hours 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday.
