Applicant: City of Alameda. Public hearing to consider proposed amendments to Alameda Municipal Code Chapter 30. The proposed amendments are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines sections 15061(b)(3) and 15303. The Planning Board and Transportation Commission will consider public comments, receive updates from City staff, and discuss the role and management of mixed use commercial districts, transit corridors and transit oriented development in Alameda.
