A public hearing to consider a use permit to allow the expansion of an existing hair salon into the adjacent retail space for a full service day spa. The project site is located within a C-C, Community Commercial Zoning District. A public hearing to consider a use permit to allow annual seasonal Christmas tree sales in front of the Lucky supermarket from 5:00 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week beginning the day after Thanksgiving through Christmas Eve. The project site is located within an M-X, Mixed Use Planned Development District. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301 - permitting for existing facilities.
