3-A 2014-1082 PLN14-0679 - 2317 Santa Clara Avenue - Use Permit - Applicant: All
in One Fitness, LLC. A public hearing to consider a use permit to allow
a fitness gym with retail sales and operating hours starting at 5:30 a.m. -
9:00 p.m. on weekdays and 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. on weekends. The
project site is located within a C-C-T, Community Commercial Theater
Combining District. The project is categorically exempt from the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301
- permitting for existing facilities.
3-B 2014-1083 PLN14-0650 - 1553 Webster Street - Use Permit - Applicant: Katie
Anderson. A public hearing to consider a use permit to allow the
expansion of an existing hair salon into the adjacent retail space for a
full service day spa. The project site is located within a C-C, Community
Commercial Zoning District. The project is categorically exempt from
the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section
15301 - permitting for existing facilities.

3-C 2014-1084 PLN14-0677 - 815 Marina Village Parkway - Use Permit - Applicant:
Save Mart Supermarkets Lucky Store #700. A public hearing to
consider a use permit to allow annual seasonal Christmas tree sales in
front of the Lucky supermarket from 5:00 a.m. to midnight, seven days a
week beginning the day after Thanksgiving through Christmas Eve. The
project site is located within an M-X, Mixed Use Planned Development
District. The project is categorically exempt from the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301 -
permitting for existing facilities.

• Appeals of Zoning Administrator decisions are considered by the Planning Board. Appeals
must be filed in the Community Development Department in writing stating the basis of
appeal with the appeal fee within 10 days of the date of action.
