3-A 2015-1959 PLN15-0304 -- 300 Park Street -- Applicant: AMF Bowlmor Use Permit
amendment to a previously approved Use Permit that limited the number of
game machines onsite to 14 machines. The proposed amendment would
eliminate the limitation on game machines onsite, consistent with the City ’s
repeal of game machine regulations in 2014. The project is categorically
exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to
CEQA Guidelines Section 15301.

3-B 2015-1960 PLN15-0278 - 2100 Lincoln Ave & - Applicant: Michael Wiesner on
behalf of himself and Gordon and Roseann Galvan. A public hearing
to consider an Administrative Use Permit to allow the use of an existing patio
for outdoor dining at the existing Acapulco Restaurant. The property is
zoned C-1, Neighborhood Commercial District. The project is
categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)
pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301.

3-C 2015-1961 PLN15-0323 - 508 Taylor Ave. - Use Permit - Applicant: Catherine
Cook. Applicant requests approval of an Administrative Use Permit to
allow the operation of a private school, with extended child care before
and after class, in the Two-Family Residence (R-2) Zoning District. The
maximum capacity would be for 25 students. The site is served by three
(3) off-street parking spaces for faculty. Classes will be conducted from
8:30am to 3:30pm, with extended morning child care starting at 7am,
and ending at 6:00pm. The applicant is proposing to install a staggered
drop off schedule for students in order to minimize traffic from on and off
loading of students. The property is zoned R-2 (Two-Family Residence)
Zoning District. The project is categorically exempt from California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines
Section 15301. The applicant requested a continuance to the
September 1, 2015 Zoning Administrator Hearing.

appeal with the appeal fee within 10 days of the date of action.
