The applicant requests a Use Permit to allow establishment of a new approximately 484 sq. ft. convenience market and coffee shop with outdoor seating in front of the store. The business will include the sale of coffee, beverages, baked goods, and basic grocery supplies. The Applicant has requested that this item be continued.
