City Hall will be NOT be open to the public during the meeting. 1 CALL TO ORDER 2 PUBLIC COMMENT 3 PUBLIC HEARING 3-A 2020-8184 PLN20-0198 - Use Permit - 2300 North Loop Road - Applicant: Scott Palmer on behalf of Kiva Confections. Public hearing to consider a Use Permit to allow the operation of a Cannabis Industry use within an existing building. The proposed business will be a distribution warehouse for a cannabis product manufacturer. The business will not be open to the public, cannabis will be stored on site while awaiting results of testing from the California Bureau of Cannabis Control. Once approved by the state cannabis products will then be distributed to off-site licensed cannabis retail dispensaries. No outdoor storage or exterior modifications to the building are proposed for this project. The project is located within the C-M-PD (Commercial Manufacturing, Planned Development) Zoning District.
