A public hearing to consider an Administrative Use Permit to allow the temporary operation of an approximately 8,400-square-foot outdoor beer garden located on a vacant site at the northeast corner of West Tower Avenue and Pan Am Way. The temporary outdoor use will end on January 1, 2022.
