Public hearing to consider an Amendment to Use Permit PLN20-0215 to modify conditions and extend the term of the use permit to November 15, 2023 to allow the temporary use of privately owned outdoor space and parking lots and City owned sidewalks and on-street parking spaces in certain commercially zoned districts for retail and commercial purposes during the economic recovery from the COVID-19 Health Emergency. A public hearing to consider an Administrative Use Permit and Design Review to allow the construction of an approximately 414-square foot outdoor generator enclosure within the parking lot of an existing office building. General Plan: Business Park. Zoning: C-M-PD, Commercial-Manufacturing Planned Development. Attachments: IExhibit 1 Project Plans 3-C 2021-1506 PLN21-0391 - Administrative Variance - 1331 Sherman Street - Applicant: Daniel Hoy. A public hearing to consider an Administrative Variance for the re-approval of expired variance no. V06-0007 for lot coverage and rear and side setbacks. In order to allow the construction of a 198 square foot, one-story addition within the footprint of an existing covered rear patio, variances are necessary for the project to achieve total lot coverage of 43% where the maximum allowed lot coverage is 40% and a rear setback of 3 feet 10 inches where 12 feet is required.
