A public hearing to consider an Administrative Variance for the re-approval of expired variance no. V06-0007 for lot coverage and rear and side setbacks. In order to allow the construction of a 198 square foot, one-story addition within the footprint of an existing covered rear patio, variances are necessary for the project to achieve total lot coverage of 43% where the maximum allowed lot coverage is 40% and a rear setback of 3 feet 10 inches where 12 feet is required.
