Public hearing to consider an Administrative Use Permit & Design Review to allow two outdoor equipment enclosures located at the north side of an existing commercial building. The enclosures are approximately 752-square-feet and 1,188-square feet in size and will each include approximately 12-foot high walls. The equipment within the enclosures include a generator and a chiller for the commercial facility. The project includes modifications to the existing landscaping and parking lot to accommodate the new enclosure. The property is located within the Marina Village Master Plan M-X, Mixed-Use zoning district and designated Business and Employment in the Alameda 2040 General Plan. Public hearing to consider an administrative use permit to allow commercial recreation, outdoor dining, and extended hours. Applicant proposes to operate an indoor miniature golf facility with arcade, pool tables, climbing wall, and laser maze. The project includes a commercial kitchen and dining area which will include on site sales of beer and wine, and an outdoor dining patio. The applicant proposes to operate until 12:00 a.m. (midnight) on Friday and Saturday nights, including use of the patio during those hours. The property is located within the zoning district and designated in the Alameda 2040 General Plan.
