A Public hearing to consider an Administrative Use Permit to allow an approximately 1,728-square-foot beauty shop located on the ground floor of an existing commercial building. The proposal also includes an approximately 1458-square-foot personal fitness studio on the ground floor that will operate between 4:45 AM - 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. The property is located within the C-C, Community Commercial zoning district and designated Community Mixed-Use in the Alameda 2040 General Plan. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 - Existing Facilities.
