Public hearing to consider an administrative use permit to allow a portable outdoor miniature golf course within a courtyard at the Marina Village Research Park. The golf course will be set up using portable objects and golf holes with no permanent construction required. Hours of operation for the golf course is from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM Wednesday through Friday, and 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM Saturday through Sunday. A public hearing to consider an Administrative Use Permit to allow periodic events with crafts vendors and food trucks in the parking lot on the south side of the property. The property is located within the AP-AR, Alameda Point - Adaptive Reuse Zoning District and designated Mixed-Use in the Alameda 2040 General Plan. The property is a contributing structure within the Naval Air Station Historic District. The Alameda Point Final EIR (State Clearinghouse No. 201312043) evaluated the environmental impacts of redevelopment and reuse of the lands at Alameda Point. No further review is required for this project. A public hearing to consider permitting an Administrative Use Permit to allow a yoga studio in the retail frontage on the ground floor in a Community Commercial Zoning District. The yoga studio will operate by appointment from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Tuesday through Sunday. The property is located in the C-C-T, Community Commercial, Theater Combining District and designated Community Mixed-Use in the Alameda 2040 General Plan. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 - Existing Facilities. 4 ADJOURNMENT PLEASE NOTE: • Appeals of Zoning Administrator decisions are considered by the Planning Board.
