Public hearing to consider an administrative use permit to allow a portable outdoor miniature golf course within a courtyard at the Marina Village Research Park. The golf course will be set up using portable objects and golf holes with no permanent construction required. Hours of operation for the golf course is from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM Wednesday through Friday, and 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM Saturday through Sunday. A public hearing to consider an Administrative Use Permit to allow periodic events with crafts vendors and food trucks in the parking lot on the south side of the property. The property is located within the AP-AR, Alameda Point - Adaptive Reuse Zoning District and designated Mixed-Use in the Alameda 2040 General Plan. The property is a contributing structure within the Naval Air Station Historic District. The Alameda Point Final EIR (State Clearinghouse No. 201312043) evaluated the environmental impacts of redevelopment and reuse of the lands at Alameda Point. No further review is required for this project.
