3-A 2022-2649 PLN22-0316 - Administrative Use Permit - 200 Wind River Way -
Applicant: Sean Howard. Public hearing to consider an administrative
use permit to allow an approximately 9,600-square-foot outdoor miniature
golf course at 200 Wind River Way. The golf course will be set up within the
parking lot using portable objects and golf holes. The site will be
surrounded by an 8-foot tall fence that maintains visibility into the golf
course and retains golf balls within the course. Hours of operation for the
golf course is from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM Wednesday through Friday, and
10:00 AM to 7:30 PM Saturday and Sunday.

3-B 2022-2650 PLN22-0522 - Administrative Use Permit - 2520 Blanding Avenue -
Applicant: Apparatus Architecture. Public hearing to consider an
administrative use permit to allow an approximately 2,642-square-foot
work live unit within an existing commercial property. The work live unit will
include approximately 400-square-feet of living space pursuant to AMC
Section 30-15.

of appeal with the appeal fee within 10 days of the date of action.
