Public hearing to consider an administrative use permit to allow light industrial, including life science and research and development; industrial arts; food and beverage manufacturing; and, outdoor dining uses to supplement the existing sports and fitness club operation which is anticipated to operate with a reduced footprint due to changes in consumer demand brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic. The current sports and fitness use leases the entire 110,000 square foot Building 40, and expects to reduce their footprint to approximately 65,000 square feet.
