BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AGENDA RESULTS May 06, 2015 The City of Alamo Heights Board of Adjustment will hold its regularly scheduled monthly meeting at the Council Chambers of the City of Alamo Heights, located at 6116 Broadway St, San Antonio, Texas, on Wednesday, May 06, 2015, at 5:30 p.m., to conduct the following business: A. CALL MEETING TO ORDER B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – February 04, 2015 Approved as presented C. CASES: Case No. 2230 – 101 Claiborne Way Application of Tobin Smith, AIA, applicant, requesting the following variance(s) to construct an attached accessory building to the rear of the existing main structure at the property located at 101 Claiborne Way, zoned SF-A: 1) A rear yard setback of 13ft 6 1/8 inches to the main structure instead of the minimum 20ft required for the first story per Section 3-16(1) and 2) Every part of a required rear yard for main structures shall be open and unobstructed except for permitted accessory buildings and ordinary projections of window sills, roof eaves or overhangs, belt courses, cornices and other architectural features projecting not to exceed four (4) feet into the required rear yard per Section 3-83(2)(a) of the City’s Zoning Code.
