INDIVIDUAL ITEMS Case No. 378: Public hearing to consider the abandonment of an approximate 0.09 acre paved portion of Ausway Lane located on the northern portions of Lots 16-24, Block 67 of the Alamo Heights Subdivision. Recommend approval as presented by staff Case No. 379: Public hearing to consider proposed amendments to Chapter 3, Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances concerning Residential Short-Term Rental Units.
