ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD AGENDA October 20, 2015 RESULTS The Architectural Review Board will hold its regularly scheduled monthly meeting at the Council Chambers of the City of Alamo Heights, located at 6116 Broadway St, San Antonio, Texas, on Tuesday, October 20, 2015, at 5:30 p.m., to consider the following: A. CALL MEETING TO ORDER B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: September 10, 2015 Approved as presented C. DEMOLITION REVIEW Case No. 598 F Request of Chandra Keith, applicant, representing Rick Thomas POA for George and Leana Thomas, owner, for the significance review of the existing structure(s) located at 137 Burr Rd under Demolition Review Ordinance No. 1860 (April 12, 2010) in order to demolish 100% of the existing main structure. Recommend approval as requested Case No. 600 F Request of Dabney Homes, LLC, owner, for the significance and compatibility review of the proposed main structure located at 239 Wildrose Ave under Demolition Review Ordinance No. 1860 (April 12, 2010) in order to demolish 100% of the existing main structure and construct a new single family residence with detached accessory structure. Recommend approval of demolition as requested. Recommend approval of design as compatible with modifications D. FINAL REVIEW Case No. 597 F Request of Jack Duke, Gentzler Electric, applicant, for the final design review of the proposed lighting upgrades at the property located at 5201 Broadway St under Chapter 2 Administration for Architectural Review. Recommend approval as presented E. STAFF REPORT(S) Update on outcome of previous ARB cases F. ADJOURNMENT DISABILITY ACCESS STATEMENT This meeting site is wheelchair accessible.
