BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AGENDA - Amended November 04, 2015 RESULTS The City of Alamo Heights Board of Adjustment will hold its regularly scheduled monthly meeting at the Council Chambers of the City of Alamo Heights, located at 6116 Broadway St, San Antonio, Texas, on Wednesday, November 04, 2015, at 5:30 p.m., to conduct the following business: A. CALL MEETING TO ORDER B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – October 07, 2015 Approved as presented C. CASES: Case No. 2237 – 132 Grant Ave Application of Malcolm Chesney, AIA, applicant, representing Robert McClane, owner, requesting the following variance(s) in order to construct an attached garage with utility room to the existing residence on the property located at 132 Grant Ave, zoned SF-A: 1) The proposed east elevation does not meet articulation standards per Section 3-15 and Approved with modification 2) The proposed west elevation does not meet articulation standards per Section 3-15 of the City’s Zoning Code. Approved as designed Case No. 2238 – 306 Kokomo St Variances denied Application of Jim and Lisa Polasek, owners, requesting the following variance(s) in order to add to the existing residence on the property located at 306 Kokomo St, zoned SF-A: 1) A garage face located 33 feet 5 ½ inches past the midpoint of the main structure per Section 3-21(1) and 2) The attached garage will be 13 feet 7 3/8 inches from the front property line instead of the minimum 50 feet required per Section 3-21(1) of the City’s Zoning Code.
