ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD AGENDA December 15, 2015 RESULTS The Architectural Review Board will hold its regularly scheduled monthly meeting at the Council Chambers of the City of Alamo Heights, located at 6116 Broadway St, San Antonio, Texas, on Tuesday, December 15, 2015, at 5:30 p.m., to consider the following: A. CALL MEETING TO ORDER B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: November 17, 2015 Approved as presented C. SIGNS Case No. 611 S Request of Budget Signs, applicant, for permanent signage at 5146 Broadway St (Sorrento Ristorante) Approved as submitted D. DEMOLITION REVIEW Case No. 606 F Request of Malcolm Chesney, Architect, representing Scott Petty, owner, for the significance review of the existing structure located at 535 Alta Ave under Demolition Review Ordinance No. 1860 (April 12, 2010) in order to demolish 100% of the existing main structure. Recommend approval of demolition Case No. 607 F Request of Andres A Cuellar and Jennifer Ashley Cuellar, owners, for the significance and compatibility review of the proposed replacement structure located at 321 Normandy Ave under Demolition Review Ordinance No. 1860 (April 12, 2010) in order to demolish 100% of the existing main structure and construct a new single-family residence with detached accessory structure. Recommend approval of demolition and design as compatible Case No. 608 F Request of Myles A Caudill, applicant, representing La Pilla Ventures, LLC, owner, for the significance and compatibility review of the proposed replacement structure located at 209 Albany St under Demolition Review Ordinance No. 1860 (April 12, 2010) in order to demolish 73% of the main structure’s street-facing façade on the west side and add to the existing main structure. Recommend approval of demolition and design as compatible E. FINAL REVIEW Case No. 610 F Request of David Fazio, Architect, representing 110 Chichester, LLC, owner, for the final design review of the proposed replacement structure at the property located at 110 Chichester under Chapter 2 Administration for Architectural Review. Recommend approval with stipulation F. PRELIMINARY REVIEW Case No. 609 P Request of Robert Shemwell of Overland Partners, applicant, representing Phyllis R. Browning, owner, for the preliminary design review of the proposed replacement structure at the property located at 6061 Broadway St. No Action Taken G. STAFF REPORT(S) Update on outcome of previous ARB cases H. ADJOURNMENT DISABILITY ACCESS STATEMENT This meeting site is wheelchair accessible.
