BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AGENDA July 06, 2016 RESULTS The City of Alamo Heights Board of Adjustment will hold its regularly scheduled monthly meeting at the Council Chambers of the City of Alamo Heights, located at 6116 Broadway St, San Antonio, Texas, on Wednesday, July 06, 2016, at 5:30 p.m., to conduct the following business: A. CALL MEETING TO ORDER B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – May 11, 2016 Approved as presented C. CASES: Case No. 2246 – 428 College Blvd Application of Terry Espensen, applicant, representing Roxanne Ryden-Smith, owner, requesting the following variance(s) in order to construct a detached carport on the property located at 428 College Blvd, zoned SF-A: 1) A proposed width for vehicular access of 8.92ft instead of the minimum 9ft required per Section 3-21, Approved as requested 2) A proposed parking area depth of 15 ft instead of the minimum 18ft required per Section 3-21, Approved as requested 3) A proposed 3ft eave/overhang on the east side of the accessory structure instead of the maximum 1ft allowed per Section 3-82(6)(b), and Approved as requested 4) A proposed setback of 3.5ft from the main structure instead of the minimum 4ft required per Section 3-16(3) of the City’s Zoning Code.
