STAFF REPORTS 1. Proposed Amendments (Draft) to City’s Zoning Code Concerning Commercial Development: Staff report, review, and discussion of proposed amendments to the City’s zoning regulations concerning commercially zoned properties. D. ADJOURNMENT NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM A quorum of the Planning & Zoning Commission may be in attendance at the Commercial Code Committee meeting, but no official Planning & Zoning business or action will be conducted.
