The City Council will convene in a closed session as authorized by Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code to deliberate the evaluation, discipline or dismissal of a public works employee. The City Council reserves the right to retire to closed session whenever it is considered necessary and legally justified under the Texas Government Code, Subchapter D, Sections 551.071 et. seq., including, but not limited to consultation with attorney, real property, prospective gifts, personnel matters, exclusion of witnesses, security devices and economic development matters.
