CASES: Case No. 2271 – 201 Patterson Application of Nicholas Melde, Architect, applicant, representing Lolly Palmer, owner, requesting the following variance(s) in order to add to construct a new single-family residence with detached accessory structure at the property located at 201 Patterson, zoned SF-A: 1. The proposed detached accessory structure does not meet looming standards per Section 3-19(5)(a) of the City’s Zoning Code. Approved as requested D. EXTENSIONS None E.
